As Chief Executive Officer, Carl Mergele leads Stats Perform’s global strategy and growth, driving innovation and strengthening the company’s position as the world leader in sports data and technology.
Carl joined Stats Perform in 2018 and has focused on expanding the company’s capabilities, strengthening its market position, and advancing the role of trusted sports data and AI across the global sports ecosystem. Prior to Stats Perform, Carl was part of the sale of Lexmark International, Inc., a publicly traded NYSE company, to a consortium of private equity investors for $3.6 billion. He has served as CEO of four private companies and as a board member for nearly two dozen corporate entities. Carl holds a Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in English from the University of Utah.
